Behavior Technician Training provided

Positive Behavior Services of the Four Corners is seeking exceptional individuals that enjoy working with individuals with diagnosed behavior needs, such as autism, developmental disabilities, and other diagnoses in Durango and surrounding areas. High school diploma is required and experience in working with this population is preferred. Hiring in multiple locations Cortez, Durango, Pagosa. Training provided!

A 40 hour training course is required for hire, and will be completed during the training phase. After completion and exam you will have a National certificate as a Registered Behavior Technician.

As a behavior technician you will provide applied behavior interventions and programs in a 1:1 setting with clients. You may provide these services in the clients home, out in the community, at their school, or in clinic. We use a naturalist and child led approach to this therapy, focusing on the individual’s unique qualities, skills, and needs. This is a deeply rewarding career path and we’re here to support your training and advanced education throughout the whole journey!
